Library Tip #1

Library Tip #1 for college students who are getting ready to research and do awesome work.

Follow the crumbs—When looking for resources for your upcoming project or paper, don’t stop looking for a text that works until you’re satisfied. Take an extra second to search additional keywords in your library catalog. Also, take a few more minutes to look at books with similar dewey decimal system numbers to save yourself the trouble of struggling through an “almost right” resource. An author who catches your attention and drives your passion to learn their subject is one worth working from.

Don’t settle for just any book, find the right one!
